Shen Ren breathlessly looked at the Qi Practising Foundation that was put aside by Mo Wuji and explained, “There are three major realms of cultivation, which are the Human Realm, Earth Realm and Heaven Realm. Each realm is further divided into three heavens, and each heaven is divided into nine levels, the Pulse Expansion Realm is the first heaven of the Human Realm. The second heaven of the Human Realm was the Spirit Building Realm, and the third heaven was the Deafening Mortal Realm. It is only after crossing the Dematerialisation Realm that the Earth Realm comes into being, with the first Heaven of the Earth Realm being the Yuan Dan Realm, the second Heaven being the True Lake Realm, and the third Heaven being the Void God Realm ……”
Seeing that Shen Ren didn’t say any more, Mo Wuji hurriedly pursued, “What about the three heavens of the Heavenly Realm?”
“The Heavenly Realm? Rumour has it that those Quasi-Heavenly Sects have individual powerhouses who have crossed over into the Heavenly Realm. However, those are all existences that never show up, and most of them are just hovering in the first Heavenly Realm. So the Heavenly Realm Triple Heavens are completely unimportant to us, it’s the same whether we know about it or not.” Shen Ren sighed.
For thousands of years, how many strong people had crossed into the Heavenly Realm within the boundaries of the five empires?
Mo Wuji also knew that Shen Ren wasn’t talking nonsense, the Heavenly Realm was indeed too far away from him. He thought of what Shen Ren had said earlier and asked with some confusion, “You said earlier that cultivating to the tenth level of the Pulse Expansion Realm wasn’t a waste of time, but what does what you just said have to do with the tenth level of the Pulse Expansion that we talked about earlier?”
Shen Ren said indifferently, “Because at the ninth layer of the Degenerate Mortal Realm, many people will try to do everything they can to transcend the human realm and cross over into the first Heavenly Yuan Dan realm of the Earth Realm.”
“Isn’t this normal?” Mo Wuji was puzzled, even if it was him who reached the ninth level of the Devoid of Mortality Realm, he would still try to do everything he could to enter the Earth Realm cultivation.
“It is normal, but only a few people know that there is another realm after the ninth level of the Devoid of Mortality.” Shen Ren said.
“What realm?” Mo Wuji blurted out.
Shen Ren’s eyes revealed yearning, “That’s called the Human Extreme Realm, which is the tenth level of Deafening. Although there are not many who know that there is a tenth layer of the Human Extreme Realm in Devoid of Mortality, there are some. But no one has ever been able to really impact to the tenth layer of the Deafening Mortal Realm, because it’s not that they don’t want to, but they can’t do it. To impact the Human Extreme Realm, then one must cultivate to the tenth layer in the first Heavenly Pulse Expansion in the Triple Heavens of the Human Realm, and then cultivate to the tenth layer in the Spirit Building Realm as well, so that there is a glimmer of a chance to cross over to the tenth layer of the Deafened Mortal Human Extreme Realm.”
Speaking here Shen Ren glanced at Mo Wuji and slowly said, “In fact not to mention cultivating to the tenth layer in all three heavens of the Human Realm, even cultivating to the tenth layer in the Devoid of Mortality Realm is almost impossible. Would you still think that the tenth level of the Devoid of Mortality Realm, is a waste of time and energy?”
“Then what are the benefits of crossing into the Human Extreme Realm?” Mo Wuji already knew that there must be many benefits of the Human Extreme Realm after listening to Shen Ren’s explanation, but he didn’t know. Even if that was something out of reach for him, he still wanted to ask.
Shen Ren replied, “Firstly cultivators who cross into the Extreme Realm, they have a broader future, and secondly their strength far exceeds that of their peers. Generally speaking, even if a human realm cultivator is at the ninth level of the Deafening Vanity and has half-stepped into the Yuandan realm, there is still a world of difference in terms of strength compared to a true Yuandan realm cultivator. However, a cultivator of the Human Extreme Realm is able to cross the level and barely fight against a Yuan Dan Realm powerhouse, this is the biggest difference.”
Even though there were many things that Shen Ren said that Mo Wuji had never heard before, he already knew that Shen Ren’s erudition was enough for him to pay homage to his master now.
“Senior Sister Shen, I don’t know anything about cultivation, so I’ll ask Senior Sister Shen Ren to teach me.” Mo Wuji stood up and bowed.

“Thank you senior sister.” Mo Wuji lacked these things, he had no idea how to start cultivating.
Shen Ren did not hide anything at all, telling Mo Wuji how to run through the penetrating Spiritual Lines then absorb the Spiritual Qi. She also told Mo Wuji how to perform a small circumference run, how to perform a large circumference run, and even told Mo Wuji how to utilise his mind to work with the penetrating spirit complex to absorb the spiritual qi.
For some that he could not remember for a while, Mo Wuji even took out a pen and started recording them.
With this teaching and learning, the whole half of the day passed.
Shen Ren stood up with a dry mouth and said, “I’m going to take a rest, alas, it’s not easy to stay in one of your rooms.”
“Many thanks Senior Sister Shen, I will never forget the grace of Senior Sister Shen’s teaching today.” Mo Wuji said sincerely.
What Shen Ren taught him today was by no means something that could be learnt in an ordinary place. Even if he became a miscellaneous disciple, he was afraid that he wouldn’t be able to learn so many useful things so easily.
“Forget it, I don’t want to accept you as a disciple either.” Shen Ren finished speaking and walked towards the room on the right. From entering this house, to walking into the room, she had spent almost a day.
Mo Wuji hemmed and hawed and said, “I have no intention of worshipping you as my master.
When Shen Ren walked to the entrance of the room, she suddenly stopped, turned around and asked again, ”By the way, how is your spirit root? How many spirit complexes did you open out?”
Mo Wuji gave a slight start, where did he have a spirit root? If he were to say that he had no spiritual roots, and that half of his spirit complexes had not been opened out, he didn’t know if Shen Ren, who had just spoken with a dry mouth, would pounce on him and strangle him to death.
“That, I can only say that my spirit root is average, I guess, and I’m embarrassed to say that the spirit complexes that I have opened up are not. In short, my qualifications are definitely far inferior to Senior Sister Shen.” Mo Wuji said with a few dry smiles.
Shen Ren said calmly, “I naturally know that your qualifications are inferior to mine, I just want to remind you that the first time someone with an extremely good spiritual root inhales spiritual qi, it takes about a day before they can sense it. After just a moment of amazement, Mo Wuji was ecstatic. Who cares if he had no spirit root, as long as he could cultivate. The next moment Mo Wuji immediately spread out that Qi Cultivation Foundation, calming his mind and frantically performing the circumference of the sky.
